TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION AND PARTIES

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Client") and INFINITY 2020 LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria, EU, with VAT ID: 205920403, having its registered seat in Sofia, Bulgaria ("Company", "We", "Us").

By booking a session, purchasing a mentorship package ("The Sovereign Path", "The Visionary"), or using the website sensitive.coach, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES (DISCLAIMER)

The services provided by Mihaela Georgieva and Infinity 2020 LTD are strictly coaching, mentoring, and strategic consulting.

  • Virtual Service: All sessions are conducted online via video conferencing (Zoom). No in-person meetings are provided unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate contract.

  • No Medical Advice: Our services are not psychological counseling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. The Client understands that the Mentor is not acting as a mental health professional or medical doctor.

  • No Guarantees: While we provide strategy and guidance, specific business results (revenue, growth) depend on the Client’s implementation. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

3. PAYMENTS AND FEES

  • Currency: All prices are in EUR.

  • Payment Terms: Payment for single sessions ("The Initiation") is due in full upon booking. Payment for mentorship packages ("The Sovereign Path") is due in full prior to the start of the program, unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of the services (time and intellectual property), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once a service has been purchased or a mentorship program has commenced.

4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

We respect your time and expect the same courtesy. Our policy is strict to ensure the integrity of the mentorship container:

  • 48-Hour Notice: If you need to reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Late Cancellation / No-Show: Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to appear for a scheduled session, will result in the forfeiture of the session. The full fee for that session will be charged, or it will be deducted from your package balance.

  • Punctuality: Time integrity is essential. If you join the session late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time. We do not extend sessions to make up for delays. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a 'No-Show' and forfeited.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

  • The Company respects your privacy. Any personal or business information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law. Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • No Recording: To ensure a safe and private environment, sessions are not recorded by the Mentor. The Client is also prohibited from recording sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent. Recording is permitted only upon explicit mutual agreement.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

All materials provided during our work together (including but not limited to: strategic blueprints, workbooks, PDF guides, audio/video recordings, and the consulting methodology itself) are the exclusive intellectual property of INFINITY 2020 LTD and are protected by copyright laws.

  • License for Use: By purchasing a service, you are granted a license to use these materials solely for your personal use and development.

  • No Distribution: Copying, distributing, sharing with third parties, or publishing the materials online without the author's explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

  • No Commercial Use: You are not permitted to use the acquired know-how to create, teach, or sell your own products or services that are based on or replicate the methodology of Infinity 2020.

  • Sanctions: In the event of a breach, your access to the services will be terminated immediately without refund, and we reserve the right to seek legal action for damages and lost profits.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
